Residential Staff – Julian

The position of Residential Staff is at the Julian Youth Academy. JYA is an accredited Christian high school for troubled teenage girls, located in the mountains near San Diego, CA. The responsibilities of the staff included tutoring in the school and providing supervision and security to the students. The staff must have good communication skills and be able to be available to the girls to help deal with their issues. The staff work together as a team in working with the students.Staff have their own rooms, and also have an off-campus apartment available for their days off. The school is located about 1.5 hours from the beach and shops in San Diego.
